Getting started

How do I save a link?

Paste the address in Rynqu with the + button, use the browser extension, or import your bookmarks. The summary, tags and search are prepared in the background.

How do I find a forgotten link?

Use search or ask "Ask your memory": it looks at the meaning of your links, not just their titles.

Import

What can I import from?

HTML exports from any browser, CSV from Raindrop, Pocket, mymind and Instapaper, any CSV with a URL column, JSON and pasted lists of URLs. Import guide →

Can I undo an import?

Yes: the import window keeps a history and lets you undo an import; only the links it added are removed.

Extension

How do I install the extension?

Follow the guide: the extension saves a page in one click and highlights passages. Extension guide →

Subscription

Free or Pro?

Free keeps your links with no time limit and limited AI; Pro unlocks search by meaning, links that come back and higher limits. See pricing →

How do I manage or cancel?

In Me → Plan and usage, "Manage subscription" opens the billing portal: payment method, invoices, cancellation.

What if I go back to Free?

Nothing is deleted: everything stays readable, only Pro features stop.

AI assistants

How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?

With an active Pro account: Add a custom connector with Rynqu's MCP server address, then approve access. The assistant reads your memory and, only if you tick the box, saves and files links. Never deletes. MCP guide →

How do I remove an assistant's access?

Me → Connected apps: "Remove access" cuts it off at once, and any assistant action can be undone for 30 days.

Data and account

How do I export my data?

Me → Account: JSON export (re-importable) or Markdown, with notes, tags, folders and highlights.

How do I delete my account?

Me → Account → "Delete my account". Export your data first.

Where is my data?

The Security page covers hosting, subprocessors and protections. Security →

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password” and enter your account email address. The message contains a temporary, single-use link. After changing your password, sign in with the new password. If you use Google, choose “Continue with Google”.

Why am I not receiving an email from Rynqu?

Messages come from noreply@rynqu.com. Check your account email and spam folder. Reminders depend on your notification preferences; invitations must be opened with the account matching the invited email address.

How do I stop reminder emails?

In your notification preferences, you can turn off reminder emails while keeping essential account messages. To accept an invitation, sign in with the invited email address, then open the received link. If the message is missing, check the address and spam folder and request another invitation. Never share recovery or invitation links.

What should I check before sharing a page?

A shared workspace and a published page have different audiences. Check workspace members and their permissions; for a public page, check the links, notes and information displayed before sending its address. Do not publish secrets or links restricted to your organisation.

Export your bookmarks

Open the bookmark manager (Ctrl+Shift+O, or ⌘+Option+B on Mac), click the three dots at the top right, then “Export bookmarks”. Chrome saves an HTML file.

Add Rynqu to your phone

On iPhone, open Rynqu in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open Rynqu in Chrome, then the ⋮ menu and Install app or Add to Home screen. If these options are unavailable, save Rynqu as a bookmark.
