Getting started

Accounts, emails and shared spaces

Recover access to your account

On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password” and enter your account email address. The message contains a temporary, single-use link. After changing your password, sign in with the new password. If you use Google, choose “Continue with Google”.

Understand emails from Rynqu

Rynqu sends service messages from noreply@rynqu.com: password recovery, workspace invitations and read-later reminders when notification emails are enabled. Other notifications may appear only in Rynqu. Acceptance by the email provider does not guarantee delivery to your main inbox: check your spam folder too.

Reminders and invitations

In your notification preferences, you can turn off reminder emails while keeping essential account messages. To accept an invitation, sign in with the invited email address, then open the received link. If the message is missing, check the address and spam folder and request another invitation. Never share recovery or invitation links.

Keep a copy of your data

From Me → Account, export your data as JSON to import it again, or as Markdown to read it elsewhere. Export before deleting your account. A personal export does not replace access management: review connected assistants and revoke those you no longer use.

Choose what you share

A shared workspace and a published page have different audiences. Check workspace members and their permissions; for a public page, check the links, notes and information displayed before sending its address. Do not publish secrets or links restricted to your organisation.

Connect Rynqu to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor: your assistant reads your memory and, if you allow it, saves and files links.
